Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your BUTTER. order.

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging.

For hygiene reasons, used or opened personal-care items cannot be returned or exchanged.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can sort it out for you.
